Telecom, Vivendi presents list for board of statutory auditors

Following yesterday's board meeting, the list was filed in view of Telecom's ordinary shareholders' meeting called for April 24

After Tim's BoD yesterday which postponed the resolution of the Vivendi-Elliott dispute to April 9, the French presented their list of candidates for the Telecom Italia board of statutory auditors. The Italian company communicates this in a note, explaining that the group led by Vincent Bolloré has declared an overall stake of approximately 23,94% of Tim's capital with voting rights.

The list, filed in view of the Telecom ordinary shareholders' meeting called for April 24, contains the following candidates:

  • for the office of standing auditor: Marco Fazzini, Francesco Schiavone Panni, Giulia De Martino, Pietro Mastrapasqua and Mara Vanzetta;
  • for the office of alternate auditor: Antonia Coppola, Andrea Balelli, Maria Francesca Talamonti, Silvio Tirdi.

Furthermore, Vivendi has proposed to set the remuneration of the board of statutory auditors in the amounts of 135 euros gross per year for the chairman of the board of statutory auditors and 95 euros gross per year for each of the statutory auditors.
