StarTIP invests in Alkemy, which tomorrow lands in Piazza Affari on Aim Italia. The investment vehicle of Tamburi Investment Partners subscribed 7,9% of the company active in the technological innovation sector.

Alkemy's funding amounts to a total of 32,7 million (20 million of which from an increase) taking into account the capital increase, the sale by the shareholders and the exercise of the greenshoe by the banks.

At the time of listing, the capitalization of Alkemy will be approximately 63,5 million. After the IPO, the digital company will be practically contestable given that the free float, after the army of the greenshoe, will be 49,8 percent.

In detail, Jakala Group (major shareholder) will drop from 33,9% to 8,2%, while CEO Duccio Vitali will drop from 14,1% to 9,7% and chairman Riccardo Lorenzini from 9,3% % to 6,4 percent.

StarTIP has a total budget of 100 million intended for start-ups and innovative companies.

The investment in Alkemy is the fourth made so far by StarTIP, shareholder of the business incubator Digital Magics with 23%, of Talent Garden (the largest coworking network in Europe) and of Telesia (a subsidiary of Class Editori).
