Il Hera Groupthrough the subsidiary Energy Distribution Network, one of the main operators in the natural gas distribution sector with over 1,1 million active redelivery points (PDR), has the tender was awarded announced by the company Soelia, 100% held by the Municipality of Argenta (Fe), for the sale of the plant business branch, natural gas distribution networks and related management services. Furthermore, Inrete also acquired Soelia's shareholding in Synergas, equal to 2,85.
This operation further strengthens the presence of Inrete Distribuzione Energia within its reference territory.
Following the award, Inrete Distribuzione Energia acquires the Soelia gas distribution network, which serves approximately 10.000 PDR in the municipal area of Argenta and is made up of a plant system which includes: approximately 240 km of pipelines, 5 high to medium pressure reduction and measurement systems, 1 second stage cabin and 44 zone cabins for low pressure reduction. Furthermore, Inrete Distribuzione Energia will take over the related management under the extended regime.
Inrete Distribuzione Energia has undertaken the commitment to retain the 6 employees of the business unit acquired from Soelia.
