Interpump extends its activity in the pipe sector with the fifth company, this time in English territory. The group chaired by Fulvio Montipò announced today the100% purchase of the British Alltube Engineering: the total price of the operation, carried out through the English subsidiary Interpump Hydraulics, was equal to 2,3 million. Alltube: 2023 turnover of 5 million, Ebitda margin of around 15%

Alltube, founded in 1986, specializes in the processing of rigid and flexible tubes from design to production, as well as services including bending, welding, brazing, circular rolling, tube deformation, washing, pressure testing and end deformation.
In the previous financial year, the company generated a turnover of around 5 million Euros, with an Ebitda margin of around 15% and cash of around 1 million Euros.

Interpump began entering the pipe industry in 2013 with the acquisition of IMM Hydraulics. Then followed in 2016 the acquisitions of Tubiflex e Tekno Tubi and in 2017 that GS-Hydro.
