The Patto dei Mille, the shareholders' agreement which as of today unites 95 Ubi Banca shareholders, doubles its stake in the capital of the credit institution, reaching almost 7% (6,94%).
Furthermore, the Pact of the Thousand has changed president: the notary Armando Santus succeeds Matteo Zanetti, representing all the components of the Pact.
The Management Committee is now composed, in addition to the President, of Vice-President Angelo Radici (President of Radici Group), Gianfranco Andreoletti (President of Scame), Domenico Bosatelli (President of Gewiss), Giuseppe Pilenga (President of P4P Int and Fonderie Pietro Pilenga), Roberto Sestini (President of PXNUMXP Int and Fonderie Pietro Pilenga), President of the SIAD Group), Matteo Tiraboschi (Executive Vice President of Brembo) and Matteo Zanetti (Vice President of the Zanetti Group).
"The objective of the Agreement in its strengthened conformation, in a perspective of collaboration with other aggregations of Ubi Banca shareholders - reads a press release - is to favor and support the formation of an inter-agreement - which could be called the 'reference shareholders committee' – aimed at promoting, inter alia, synergies of direction, development and governance objectives within UBI Banca, in compliance with the distinct roles and different responsibilities”.
This, “in a collaborative perspective with other groupings of shareholders who share the aforesaid objective through a process of developing the growth potential and constant improvement of the efficiency, competitiveness and cohesion of UBI Banca. The Pact of the Thousand, supported by this further strengthening, remains open to new members” concludes the note.
