Telecom Italia's share has fallen further on the Stock Exchange (-14,4% since the end of May), reaching its new historic low at 0,5305 euro per share, before recovering something, settling at 0,542 euros, but always remaining in negative territory.
A crisis, that of Telecom, whose end is difficult to see. In addition to the various problems relating to the network unbundling project, in fact, another tile hit the telecommunications company: in Argentina the president Cristina Kirchner, in the wake of consumer complaints and what happened recently in Brazil, has signed a decree which initiates the development of a new regulation on the quality of telecommunications services, increasing controls on the large telephone companies.
Among other things, the decree gives the authority the possibility of suspending the marketing of new lines, in the face of the recurrence of inefficiencies. A big risk for Telecom, which is very present in Argentina through its subsidiary Telecom Argentina-Personal.
