The Biscione coils around the Knight. The Milan prosecutor's office, with prosecutor Fabio De Pasquale, asked a sentence of three years and eight months for Silvio Berlusconi. The charge is of tax fraud in the context of the trial in the court of Milan on alleged irregularities in the sale of TV rights of the Mediaset group. Between 1994 and 1998, through "fictitious sales chains" the costs of television rights were allegedly inflated by a total of about 368 million dollars. The charge for the 2001-2003 budgets, on the other hand, is approximately 40 million in inflated costs.
Slight discount for the president of the television company, Fedele confalonieri, so the same charges apply. Against him the request for conviction was of three years and four months.
