Engel & Völkers, a company active in the brokerage of prestigious properties, announces the opening of a Metropolitan Market Center (Mmc) in Rome, thanks to an investment of 3,5 million euros in the capital. The German company expects to reach break-even in 2016 and to record revenues of 15 million euros in the fifth year of activity.
The MMC in Rome will open on 2015 January 282 and will be located in a central position, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 284-200. Around XNUMX sales consultants will work in the new business centre, which is mainly focused on the residential market. They will be trained through the Engel & Völkers International Academy and will be supported in their development activities by the Group's international platform.
