Hera Comm: independent certification on the quality of the commercial network arrives

we receive e we publish the press release issued by Hera.

Quality and ethics of the commercial network certified by a third party

A sales network not only bound to internal quality standards and the code of ethics of Hera Group, but also registered in a specific public register and certified by an independent body. This is the objective of partnerships signed today fra Assium, the first association in the Utility Management sector, and Hera Comm, the energy sales company of the Hera Group.

Assium training for Utility Manager certification

The agreement, with a long-term horizon, first of all provides for the multi-utility to join the Association. Consequently, a gradual program will begin training and updating of Hera Comm. agents through the qualified Assium educational heritage, to lead them to obtain, after a specific exam, the certification of Utility Manager (or Utility Manager) issued in accordance with the UNI 11782 standard by a third-party body, accredited by the national body Accredia.

Further guarantee of transparent energy solutions always consistent with customer needs

The certification of the prestigious independent body will further guarantee citizens that the professionals, to whom they will turn for support on gas and electricity supply choices and for other energy solutions, not only have in-depth knowledge of products, markets and regulations, but also operate according to strict principles of ethics and transparency. L'obiettivo The final aim is to offer families and businesses solutions that are always consistent with actual consumption needs and with particular attention to environmental sustainability.

An agreement that complements the Hera Code of Ethics

Membership in Assium and third-party certification will join the guidelines of the code of ethics of the Hera Group, which every consultant has always been required to respect, as an integral part of the agency contract. The document, available on the Group website, requires, among other things, “complete and timely information regarding the functions, costs and risks of the service offered; clear, simple, complete and truthful contracts; a substantial orientation towards customer satisfaction and respect, with particular sensitivity towards diversity and fragile situations".

Hera Comm will become Academy

The project then envisages that Hera Comm will become an Academy in all respects. Therefore, by virtue of the know-how that will be transferred to it from Assium, it will also be able to internally take care of the training of its sales staff towards the exam to obtain the certificazione third party Manager with Utilities.

A more authoritative network also in view of the next Gradual Protection service

The choice to invest further in the qualification and authority of its network represents for Hera Comm another assumption of responsibility towards its 3,8 million energy customers, as well as towards the approximately 1,4 million non-vulnerable domestic users currently in Maggiore market Guardianship for the electricity service, which from next 1 July will be served by the Hera Group in the Gradual Protection market, by virtue of the lots won by the multiutility in the tender announced at the end of 2023 by the Single Buyer.

Ioppolo: “a choice that will distinguish us even more on the market

“The choice to invest further in the qualification and authority of the Hera Comm network,” he explains Stefano Ioppolo, Mass Market Sales Manager of Hera Comm, “is born from the awareness of how the energy market is still characterized by dynamics that do not always protect the customer, who, on the contrary, must be able to count, for such complex issues, on maximum transparency and professionalism. In this sense, the partnership with Assium and the accredited third-party certification will help to further distinguish the Hera proposal, which has always placed proximity to customers at the centre, as demonstrated by the widespread network of over 200 branches in all territories ”.

Bevilacqua: "proud to include Hera Comm among our members"

“Assium is proud to count Hera Comm, one of the three main national operators, among its members,” he states Federico Drink water, President of Assium, and soon in the list of reliable companies, which is assigned only to subjects in line with the principles of ethics and transparency based on the association's code of ethics.
