Since the beginning of 2015, half a million taxpayers have requested access credentials to the online services of the Revenue Agency which open the doors to the pre-compiled 730. Thus the number of taxpayers authorized to use Fisconline rises to 2,5 million. In total, added to the 4,5 million citizens already in possession of the INPS PIN device, 7 million Italians are already ready to access their pre-compiled declaration online, which from 15 April will be available online on the Revenue website. In fact, for citizens in possession of the INPS PIN, it will be possible to access their pre-compiled 730 directly from the social security institution's website, which can also be reached via a link on the Revenue website.
730 PREFILLED, FOUR WAYS TO REQUEST THE PIN
Directly online from the Revenue Agency website, by telephone via the call centre, in any office of the Financial Administration or with the National Service Card. There are four options that the taxpayer can choose to obtain his own Pin for access to Fisconline and the pre-compiled 730.
HOW TO REQUEST YOUR PIN ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE
To obtain authorization for telematic services, connect to the homepage of the website www.agenziaentrate.it (Reserved Area > You are not registered yet > Registration with Fisconline > Request the Pin code) and enter the total income indicated in the declaration presented in 2014 and the tax code. The same data is requested from the taxpayer who requests the PIN by telephone at the call center on 848.800.444. In both cases, the system will immediately provide the first part of the Pin (the first 4 digits). Within 15 days, the taxpayer will receive a letter at home with the last six digits of the PIN and the access password.
HOW TO REQUEST THE PIN AT THE AGENCY OFFICES
After requesting the PIN in the office to access Fisconline, the taxpayer receives the first four digits of the code, the temporary password and the authorization application number, which must be kept to complete the authorization via the Web.
To obtain the second part of the PIN, the taxpayer must connect to the website of the Revenue Agency (www.agenziaentrate.it) and access the Fisconline services by entering the "username" (the tax code) and the password shown on the sheet it was delivered to him at the office. Subsequently, at the first access, the system asks the tax payer to change the password by inserting a new one (the temporary one must still be kept). To complete the registration to the Fisconline telematic service and receive the last 6 digits of the PIN, then simply select the function "For those who have requested the PIN from an office" in the "User profile" section, enter the authorization application number and click on "send".
The second part of the PIN and the initial access password are sent by post to the taxpayer's home only if a delegate is the one to request authorization for telematic services in the office.
HOW TO GET THE PIN WITH SMART CARD/CNS
Taxpayers in possession of Smart Cards/Cns benefit from a simplified procedure. After carrying out checks on the National Service Card inserted in the reader, the system will immediately provide the taxpayer with the Pin code and password for accessing Fisconline.
PIN 730, WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR PASSWORD
When the taxpayer loses the password it is possible to restore it. To do this, access the "Restore password" function in the Entratel/Fisconline area of the home page of the Revenue website by entering the Pin code and the initial password. Anyone who does not even find the initial password must ask one of the Agency's offices to cancel the current authorization and request a new one.
