In today's auction, the gross rate of the 5-year BTP expiring on 01/06/2021, allocated for 3 billion against requests for 3,9 billion, stood at 0,19% (-7 bps), updating the minimum historic marked in the July auction. The same fate also happened for the ten-year BTP: the yield on the BTP expiring on 01/12/2026 fell by 9 basis points compared to the all-time low of the previous placement, stopping at 1,14%.
The amount placed was equal to 2,914 billion against requests equal to 3,97 billion. The yield of the CcTeu is also at its lowest maturing 15/07/2023: the ninth tranche was issued with a gross yield of 0,32% (-6 basis points on the previous auction) for an amount of 1,75 billion against a total demand of 2,76 .XNUMX billion.
