In Italy, in the last 10 years, approximately 4 billion euros, drawn from public coffers, to mitigate the damage caused by floods. And as many as 1492 municipalities, according to the tables of the Pai (Plans for the organization hydrogeological), are located in areas at risk of similar facts.
