Stefano Antonio Donnarumma, CEO and general manager of the FS Italiane Group, is among the protagonists of the eighth edition of the Italy Informs Award, an award given by the eponymous economic and financial newspaper. This year's event, dedicated to the theme "Italian System: Building, Protecting, Growing," brought together representatives from various sectors, from business to culture, in Rome.
La ceremony took place in Koch Hall of the Senate, where Donnarumma received the award, focusing on the work of the group he leads. He called the prize "a source of great pride," emphasizing that it is also "recognition of the work that the FS Group carries out every day together with the people who are part of it."
Donnarumma then linked the award to FS Italiane's efforts in the infrastructure and mobility sectors: "Building strategic infrastructure, protecting the values that guide the country's development, and growing as a national system are at the heart of our daily commitment." According to the CEO, the recognition reinforces "our desire to contribute to an increasingly competitive, sustainable, and cohesive Italy."
The Italia Informa Award, chaired by the scientific committee led by Marco Forlani, aims each year to identify key figures in the Italian landscape. This event, in addition to names from finance and economics, also involves representatives of art, culture, and civil society, offering a cross-section of the "Italian System."
