Vivendi: according to the market, it is close to 20% of Telecom Italia

Vivendi would be ready to go up to 20% of Telecom Italy from the current 15,5 percent. This was written by the newspaper Les Echos, specifying that the French company has given a mandate to the managing director, Antoine De Puyfontaine, to purchase shares of the Italian company up to this threshold to avoid future dilutions linked to the probable conversion of savings shares (+1,51 .0,944% to XNUMX euro currently on the stock exchange) in ordinary shares.

Based on the Consob regulation, after having communicated the exceeding of the 15% threshold, Vivendi is not required to communicate changes in its quota until the 20% is reached.
