Tyche Bank inaugurated one new branch in Bologna, in Piazza Galileo Galilei, in the heart of the city and a few steps from the Court. A non-random choice: Bologna is the place where the project took its first steps and today it returns to being the operational and identity hub of the bankThis centrality is also evident in the numbers, with over half of the company's employees working in the Emilian capital, confirming a growth that combines local roots with national ambition.
The institute offers traditional banking services alongside aspecialized activity aimed at companies in bankruptcy proceedings and SMEs in difficulty, with consolidated skills in Special Situations and in the management of non-performing loans, from NPL portfolios to UTPs.
Growth built on solid foundations
Born in 2024 from theintegration between Tyche SpA and Banca di Credito Peloritano, the bank has undertaken a structured development path, supported by a significant expansion of the workforce. In just over a year, the number of employees has increased by over 40%, a sign of an organizational model that supports the expansion of operations without sacrificing solidity.
This evolution has allowed Tyche Bank to expand its offering, combining specialized services with traditional banking services.
Special Situation and Innovation at the Service of Businesses
Over the last year the bank has consolidated the own role in Special Situations, intervening to support companies engaged in recovery processes. Targeted operations have enabled the early exit from certified plans and the early closure of bankruptcy proceedings with business continuity, with concrete benefits for the companies involved and their creditors.
This is accompanied by the launch of innovative solutions such as Tyche4P, the current account dedicated to professionals working in bankruptcy proceedings, designed to ensure efficiency and transparency in a highly complex environment.
The banking boutique and the development plan
The new Bologna headquarters was conceived as a true "banking boutique": entirely newly hired staff, specialized consulting, and integration between traditional services and solutions dedicated to companies in crisis, insolvency proceedings, and professionals. This model also strengthens the bank's position in the purchase of tax credits and the management of non-performing loans. At the same time, the development plan looks to the South, with new openings and restyling interventions in Sicily, confirming a growth strategy balanced between territories and specialization.
“The inauguration of the Bologna branch represents a milestone in the Bank's growth pathBologna is the heart of Tyche: it is here that the entrepreneurial project took shape over fifteen years ago, and it is here that values deeply connected to our identity, such as knowledge, work, innovation, and solidity, are concentrated. While in the past, Tyche SpA operated primarily in the field of specialized credit services, today, as a Bank, we have significantly expanded our operations to include traditional banking services, while maintaining our positioning as a landmark for companies in crisis, bankruptcy proceedings and professionals working in Special Situations. This opening confirms Bologna as a hub of identity and the nerve centre of our development strategy" commented Enrico Rossetti, President of Tyche Bank.
