It was officially born Tyche Bank, new banking institution with main offices in Bologna and Messina, specialized in insolvency procedures, corporate finance, the purchase of tax credits, as well as the investment and management of NPL and UTP credits and portfolios. The bank is the result of the reverse merger by incorporation of Tyche into the historic one Peloritano Credit Bank, historic bank from Messina, and you see Enrico Lipsticks in the role of president, Bruno Messina as general manager and Francesco De Marco as deputy general manager.
Tyche Bank: a new player in corporate finance
Tyche Bank's declared objective is to become a national point of reference in its sector, responding to the financial needs of companies and professionals. At the same time, the bank will continue to serve the Sicilian territory as a proximity bank, maintaining a strong link with the local community. As reported in an official note, the fusion led to the change of company name, but the Bcp brand will remain dedicated to banking services in Sicily, with facilities and staff in the offices of Messina, Capo d'Orlando and Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto.
The share capital of Tyche Bank is equal to 30 million euros divided into 20.381 shares with no nominal value. On 2 July, after the shareholders' meetings of Tyche and Bcp which approved the merger, the first meeting of the Board of Directors of Tyche Bank. The Board of Directors is made up of Enrico Rossetti (president), Gianpiero Bergami (vice president), Davide Galletti, Ernesto Fiocco, Annalisa Dentoni Litta, Sergio Marchese, Illa Sabbatelli, Massimo Schiattarella and Annalisa Sinagra.
