Thanks to the partnership with Enel X, the Veneto Park makes available from Friday 23 October eight charging points for electric vehicles: a choice that aims to favor the increasingly broader needs of visitors but above all consolidates Gardaland's commitment to eco-sustainability. The new columns were inaugurated in the presence of Aldo Maria Vigevani, CEO of Gardaland, Elisa Tosoni, Enel X E-Mobility manager for Triveneto, and the beloved Gardaland mascot Prezzemolo.
Le 4 infrastructures of the 22 kW "pole station" type, each with a Mennekes socket, allow for the simultaneous charging of 8 electric vehicles; since these are structures for public use, visible and bookable through the Juicepass app, they represent a significant result for the whole surrounding area, not only for Italian motorists - who are increasingly choosing electric cars - but also for foreign tourists, very numerous on Lake Garda, who are particularly interested in electric mobility. The installation was made possible by a innovative collaboration between Gardaland and Enel X which made it possible to contain the installation times of the columns, making them quickly operational as early as October.
