The Pd minority threatened not to vote on the reform if the lists remained blocked and the leaders nominated by the party secretariats, as was the case with the Porcellum. Today Renzi, to reunite the Democratic Party also in view of the battle for the election of the new president of the Republic, is reopening the games.
