At the end of 2013 a new legal boutique could be born in the field of corporate, banking and financial markets law, signed by Craca, Di Carlo, Guffanti, Pisapia and Tatozzi.
In recent weeks, the five Milanese professionals are allegedly evaluating the possibility of uniting to create a large firm specializing in out-of-court consultancy and litigation in the aforementioned sector.
The initiative would see the union of Francesco Di Carlo and Edoardo Guffanti, founding partners together with Filippo Annunziata of Studio Annunziata e Associati and protagonists in financial and insurance consultancy, and Alfredo Craca, Vittorio Pisapia and Claudio Tatozzi founders in 2006 of The law firm of the same name as a spin-off of Lombardi Molinari is now established above all in the field of civil litigation and arbitration.
The new Firm, with a staff of around twenty-five professionals, would represent excellence in the current panorama of Italian law firms.
