Luxottica: dividends to Delfin of 274 million

Giorgio Armani will receive just under 22 million euros – Luxottica announced group net income of 851 million euros for 2016

Luxottica: dividends to Delfin of 274 million

Delfin, the financial company of the Del Vecchio family which owns 62,5% of Luxottica, will collect approximately 274,4 million euros in dividends for the 2016 financial year. The group will distribute 0,92 euros per share (+3,4 %), for a total dividend of 439 million euros, equal to a payout of approximately 50%, against the total 428 million distributed last year as part of 2015.

Giorgio Armani, credited with a share of Luxottica of just under 5%, will instead go just under 22 million euros. Luxottica announced group net income of €851 million for 2016, up 5,8% on 2015.
