Ligresti, Fonsai rush on the Stock Exchange

   The Ligresti galaxy leads the increases in Piazza Affari. After the strong sales of recent days, Fondiaria Sai and the subsidiary Milano Assicurazioni, both in capital increases, are recovering, positioning themselves among the best stocks on the list. Fondiaria Sai is up by around 6% to 2,33 euros per share and Milano Assicurazioni is up 11% to 0,34 euros per share, after being suspended several times. In the morning Milano Assicurazioni and Sai Holding communicated that yesterday they had completed the transfer on the market and to the blocks of all the option rights on the Fonsai shares held (11.182.557) as required by law. In fact, the two companies are prevented from subscribing to newly issued shares of the parent company. Assuming full subscription of Fonsai's capital increase, Milano Assicurazioni's stake will be reduced to 2,720% and that of Sai Holding to 0,327%. Fonsai's rights jumped by 9,4% in the morning and those of Milano Assicurazioni by 10,6%, which also received an upgrade from Cheuvreaux's rating to outperform from underperform in the morning.
