In June, companies expect about 560 hires, especially in trade, tourism and personal services which together concentrate over 300 requests. So keep it job application despite the weakening of economic performance due to the war in Ukraine and the resulting energy and raw materials crisis. Two sectors are most affected: manufacturing e construction which show lower hiring levels (both -19,7%), with a peak for the non-metallic mineral processing and mining industries (-37,1%). Employment: driving demand for trade, tourism and services

The industry plans 131 entries in June (32 hirings more than in May, but -32 compared to what was forecast in June 2021) and 328 in the June-August quarter; there are about 428 thousand i Job contracts who intend to activate in the sector of services (+83 hires compared to a month ago) and over 1 million expected for the June-August quarter. The prevailing use of fixed-term contracts is confirmed, offered in over 60% of cases; permanent contracts reach 14,2%, followed by supply contracts (9,6%), apprenticeship contracts (5%) and other types of contract (11%).

The demand for labor this month is driven by the main service sectors: the tourism chain has scheduled 157 hires for the beginning of the summer period (+50,1% on May), followed by personal services with 74 hires and the trade with 70 hires (+10,2% and +34,6% respectively compared to a month ago).

Positive forecasts also for the media services and of communication and for those insurance e financial (+77,5% and +51,5% respectively). Instead, as far as the manufacturing sectors are concerned, the highest recruitment flows are expected from the mechanical and electronic industries (21 entries), from the metallurgical and metal products industries (17 entries) and from the food industries (13 entries), with variations positive compared to last month, but negative compared to the levels reported a year ago. Similar dynamics for construction with 46 planned hirings (+39,3% over May, but -19,7% over a year ago). 

Difficulty in finding the profiles sought, especially in the North East

The mismatch is confirmed to be higher among the skilled workers (53,1%), the technical professions (48,3%) and between i managers and intellectual professions, scientific and highly specialized (46,9%).

Among the most difficult profiles to find, as reported in the Bulletin, there are specialists in life sciences (76,1% are difficult to find), specialists in mathematics, information technology and science (55,2%), technicians for the management of the production processes of goods and services (64,2%), IT, telematic and telecommunications technicians (58,9%), health technicians (57,1%) and engineering technicians (56,0, 67,0%). Among the specialized workers, the values ​​of difficulty in finding for smelters and welders (63,1%), blacksmiths and tool makers (62,9%), construction finishing workers (62,1%) and artisan mechanics stand out , fitters, repairers and maintenance technicians of stationary and mobile machines (XNUMX%).

At the territorial level, these are the companies of the North East coast to encounter the greatest difficulties in finding (44,5% of the figures sought are difficult to find), followed by those of northwest (41,2%), Centro (37,7%) and South e Islands (33,8%).
