It is something absolutely innovative: the great starred and non-starred Italian chefs come from all over the country to the town on the Sorrento coast to meet the public, to talk about their recipes, to explain small and big secrets of cooking to the public of haute cuisine enthusiasts organizing mobile kitchens on the streets of the country giving the possibility to people who cannot afford in some cases to cross the threshold of a starred restaurant to get to know them closely, to let me familiarize themselves with their great myths to taste their specialties.

The return of the event was announced by the chef from Campania at the agro-food market in Milan, a non-random choice because this year the characterizing theme of the event will be that of Rebirth also understood as a return to the origins of the raw material from which everything is born. The importance of safeguarding the Italian food supply chain will be highlighted by giving particular space to producers and artisans. In fact, this year's program includes three new appointments: Sunday morning will see the presence along the route of the shops in the historic center of the town of over 50 artisans with the opportunity to taste the local products. On Monday morning, chefs, journalists and producers will gather at the cinema theater for a series of meetings with the public.
