There is regret because the victory, priceless in front of the thousands of Ferrari fans who flocked to Monza, would have been within reach if it hadn't been for the trouble in qualifying which cost tenth place on the starting grid, but Fernando Alonso's Red Fury, which led the Spaniard to climb up to third place with a spectacular race, still has the flavor of the world title.

Then at the finish line of the sixth lap the overtaking at the end of the straight. Great emotions between the 21st and 23rd laps with the simultaneous pit stops by Vettel and Alonso: the German restarted by a whisker ahead of the Spaniard. In the following laps, the two McLarens pitted, first Button's, then Hamilton's: no problem for them to maintain control of the race.
