Big news in Classic Ferrari for sale. The Maranello house announced 250 hires by June 2024, half of which are expected in January, a new agreement for the competitiveness bonus of up to 17 thousand euros signed with the unions Fim, Uilm and Fismic, a widespread share ownership plan and a strengthening of the welfare program.

“Ferrari is made up of people, who have been, are and will constantly be at the center of our attention,” he commented Benedetto Vigna, CEO of Ferrari underlining that "these initiatives respond to the desire to recognize the sense of belonging that makes us unique and to continue to strengthen it in this journey of continuous search for excellence".

Ferrari: how the widespread share ownership plan works

Each employee, on a voluntary basis, will be able to become a Ferrari member by receiving free shares, one-off, for an assignment value within the limit of approximately 2.065 euros, according to the relevant tax legislation. 

The plan will be served by own shares. If the employee keeps the shares for at least 36 months, the company will reward him an additional share allocation of up to 15% of the value of the first assignment. 

Ferrari will also bear the expenses relating to the management of the plan and the related individual positions of the employees and will extend the widespread share ownership plan to the employees of all the foreign companies of the group, compatibly with national legislation.

Ferrari: competitiveness bonus of 17 thousand euros

Regarding the renewal of theagreement for the competitiveness bonus recognized to the workers of the Italian companies of the group, expiring next December, Ferrari announces that the agreement will be valid for four-year period 2024-2027. 

During this period the prize can reach exceed 17.000 euros and employees will be given the opportunity to convert part of the value into company shares, up to a maximum of 3.000 euros per year. The amount of the prize will be calculated next year, based on the targets achieved in 2023, so 17.000 euros is a threshold that can be overcome on a theoretical level.

Ferrari also reported that, for the first time, a indicator linked to energy consumption (ESG) it will be a parameter that will influence the calculation of the premium. The ESG indicator will integrate both the traditional parameters linked to production levels, financial results and quality indices achieved during the year, and those expected and confirmed for Scuderia Ferrari workers, based on sporting results and reliability.

The strengthening of the welfare plan

Finally, Ferrari has decided to expand its corporate initiatives for health and to support parenting. In particular, the Wellness Formula offer will be strengthened. Starting from 2024, Ferrari workers will be able to benefit on a voluntary basis from a free annual check-up, which will also include clinical tests and specialist visits. The visits will be held in the new clinics which will be inaugurated soon and which the company has built near the Maranello headquarters. 

The project Junior Wellbeing Formula, now dedicated to the children of Ferrari employees between the ages of 5 and 15, is extended to the age group from 4 to 18 years. 

Ferrari also decided to support parenting through facilitations for agile working and through the recognition of paid leave up to the age of 10 for minors, which are in addition to the measures already provided for by the law.
