In the complex panorama that characterizes the current economic situation and the market, the changes imposed on companies are increasingly rapid and, if on the one hand they can lead to uncertainty, on the other they create new concrete business opportunities. This and more will be discussed at the conference "Cash Flow Objective - how to adapt internal business management processes in relation to market volatility and business dynamism", organized by AITI-Italian Association of Corporate Treasurers in collaboration with Oracle and Techedge which will take place on Wednesday 20 April from 15.30 to 19 in Rome in Piazza Venezia, at Civitas.
Transforming economic and financial objectives into operational reality, for the optimization of company performance, today presupposes, for management, the ability to interpret the trends and needs expressed by the markets, so as to translate them into products and services, responding in a concrete way to the needs of the reference end user in the most efficient way possible. Analyze and process information becomes basis for defining corporate strategies and studying the best tools to support companies, allowing them to respond quickly to expectations and ensuring the achievement of the steps indicated in the development plan.
It becomes necessary at this stage to study and evaluate flexible, modular solutions and above all innovative in process management. In particular, in companies we are witnessing a new relationship between CFO and Treasury where, together with the efficiency of the processes, we need to connect the operational dynamics of the business and the medium and long-term strategic choices.
