Cnh Industrial intends to launch on the market a bond benchmarks in euros. The company announced it, specifying that the operation will be subject to market conditions.
In detail, the bond issue will expire in five years and will be carried out by Cnh Industrial Finance Europe SA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cnh Industrial NV, as part of the Global Medium Term Notes program guaranteed by Cnh Industrial NV
The final terms of the issue will be defined at the time of pricing based on market conditions. In the event of an issue, Cnh Industrial Finance Europe SA will request the listing of the securities on the Irish regulated market (Irish Stock Exchange).
The operation is followed by Banca IMI, Commerzbank, Mediobanca, Santander, Societe Generale and UBS.
One hour after the opening, the Cnh share on the Stock Exchange is hovering around parity.
