For the Japanese Stock Exchange, which closed in decline of 1,1% to 19.990,82 points, this is the fourth consecutive decline and a drop below the threshold of 20 thousand points which occurs for the first time since last May 18th. The broader Topix index was also down, -1,04% to 1.616,66 points. 

It weighs above all on the Japanese indices the appreciation of the yen, which mainly hit bank shares and those of companies that depend on exports, despite the fact that the Fed has taken a soft tone towards the increase in US rates. The uncertainties surrounding Greece also had a negative impact on the Japanese market.
