Sale Fincantieri in the wake of the half-year results released late yesterday evening. At the opening of the session the title gains over 1% on the Stock Exchange, only to then drop slightly to +0,5% around 10,30, to just under €0,74 per share.

Fincantieri in communicating the accounts has kept the "bottom line" stable: net profit at 33 million euros. Orders increased and backlog exceeded 9,5 billion, orders acquired for 3.447 million euros (1.843 million euros at 30 June 2013), revenues at 1.983 million euros (1.894 million euros at 30 June 2013) and a Ebitda of 142 million euros, with an EBITDA margin of 7,1% (140 million euros at 30 June 2013, with an EBITDA margin of 7,4%). As for the outlook, yesterday the company said it expects "an increase in activity in the second half of the year."
