The Italian luxury group will join the main index of Piazza Affari, becoming one blue chips, thanks to numbers to frame. In the last year the stock has gained 22,8% of its value while since January 2023 the increase has been 8,7%, higher than that of many other big names in the fashion and luxury sector. Percentages which, among other things, have allowed the company to reach a capitalization of more than 5 billion euros.

In the first nine months of the current year Brunello Cucinelli achieved revenues of 818,4 million euros, up by +27,5%, recording strong growth in all geographical areas with the Americas at +21,7%, Europe +18,3%, Italy +24,5% and Asia +49,7%. In the third quarter alone, sales amounted to 274,4 million euros, with a value in line with the turnover of the first and second quarters, and a growth of +21,1% at current exchange rates. The company has also raised its 2023 turnover estimates which are now expected to grow between +20% and +22%, compared to the previous forecast of +19%.

As mentioned, Brunello Cucinelli will replace Brunello Cucinelli on the Ftse Mib Cnh Industrial. Last November 6, the company's board of directors approved the request for the delisting of the company's ordinary shares from Euronext Milan, aiming for a single listing on the New York Stock Exchange, given that after the spin-off of the On-Highway activities which took place in January 2022 with the creation of the Iveco group, the majority of trading in the CNH stock has gradually moved to the US market.

The changing of the guard between Cucinelli and CNH Industrial also involves changes in reserve list, now formed by Banca Popolare Sondrio, Buzzi, Reply and Saras.
