Jean Pierre Mustier, the dynamic CEO of Unicredit, knows no rest and continues the unstoppable cleaning and rationalization of the portfolio of the Milanese bank.

In recent days, close negotiations are underway with Manfredi Catella's Coima real estate group with the aim of selling the Unicredit Pavilion, the multifunctional space with a 700-seat auditorium designed by architect Michele De Lucchi which stands a few steps from the Unicredit headquarters in Gae Aulenti Square.

From the sale Unicredit counts on obtaining between 40 and 50 million euros.

Catella, on the other hand, if he manages to conquer Pavilion definitively winning the competition, plans to make it an innovative food and wine center in an area of ​​Milan that has become particularly trendy.
