Unicredit andNational Association of Regional Financial Companies (Anfir) have recently tightened a agreement to simplify businesses' access to credit and financial markets. This partnership also aims to collaborate in the development of financial projects and products, in line with the public interest objectives of regional administrations and with the framework of the new ESI Funds 2021-2027.
Anfir, explains a note, acts as a point of reference for regional financial companies, which offer a series of facilitative tools and manage regional funds. These instruments, such as regional revolving funds, guarantee funds and minibonds, are designed to facilitate access to both credit and financial markets for businesses, on behalf of the respective Regions.
The agreement between Unicredit and Anfir
The partnership involves Unicredit and Anfir collaborating to:
- Analyze, study and structure new financial instruments using i ESI Funds 2021-2027 and the regional ones managed by the Regional Finance Companies.
- Making these new financial tools available to entrepreneurs via Financial Regional, in synergy with Unicredit.
- Identify the best solutions in terms of subsidized credit e guarantee systems, in order to support businesses in their growth path.
- Explore extraordinary alternative finance tools like i minibonds or bond with warranty public, to allow companies to access private and public financial markets.
- Involve businesses in opportunities Private Capital, reporting possible investment opportunities together with the Regional Financial Companies or companies specialized in financial management.
The agreement also provides for the construction of events, seminars and and information moments to spread knowledge of the financial instruments available to the Regional Finance Companies.
