The bank has signed an agreement with CONFAPI Calabria, which brings together over 500 associated companies and their 4.500 employees, to promote innovative corporate welfare solutions in the area.

Guide and support companies that want to adopt a corporate welfare solution to increase the productivity and well-being of workers. With this goal CONFAPI Calabria and UBI Banca have signedtoday, an agreement to promote the possibility of adopting innovative corporate welfare solutions internally among the more than 500 member companies and their 4.500 employees.

UBI Bank, thanks to the specialized UBI Welfare divisionoffers a consultancy service with integrated and customized solutions for large, medium and small companies. CONFAPI Calabria, on the other hand, is the entrepreneurs' association that represents Calabrian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in order to guarantee and safeguard their territorial development and their economic growth.

To date, agreements have been signed with numerous and significant employer and local associations in many sectors and areas of the country, and the agreement with CONFAPI Calabria strengthens the role of UBI Banca as partner of the trade associations in the Calabrian territory and of their associated companies. The Bank's offer is aimed at creating a territorial ecosystem that involves customers and suppliers of welfare goods and services, promoting their development.

The availability of quality services in the area can easily meet personal and family needs, with particular reference to services that can affect the quality of life: health care, supplementary social security pensions, income support, education, free time, culture, purchase of goods and services, family care. From an operational point of view, the company can count on an overall management of the company welfare plan which allows to minimize the administrative and operational burdens at its expense, while the worker has an easy-to-use platform that is always accessible from PC, tablet and smartphones, with a constant assistance service.
