The consolidated gross operating margin (EBITDA) also grew: 29,3 million euros (+14,8%), while the EBITDA margin improved by 3,7 percentage points, going from 19,3% in 2015 to 23% in 2016. 16,1. The group's net profit for the year was 9,8 million euro (+15,5%). Net of the aforementioned non-recurring capital gain and the related tax effect, the group's net profit improved by +36,4%. The company also has proposed a dividend of 0,498 euro per share (+17,5% compared to €0,424 in 2015), with a payout of 95%. Payment
of the dividend starting from 10 May 2017 through the detachment of coupon no. 11 on May 8, 2017 (record date May 9, 2017).
