TIM and Amazon have launched an important project that will bring artificial intelligence to Italian homes in the coming weeks with the arrival of the Alexa voice service in Italy.
Amazon's Alexa service will allow TIM customers to obtain information on activated services, the status of subscribed offers and activate smart home services and smart devices on the network with simple voice commands. TIM has launched a pilot for the inclusion of Alexa in the TIM Box, a true gateway to all TIM entertainment content and services. To listen to music, start an online game, choose your favorite TV series, find out about the latest news or control home devices, just ask Alexa via the remote control.
