TI Media: red for 133,5 million in the first half of 2013 after the sale of La7

The first half of 2013 closed in the red for Telecom Italia Media with a loss of 133,5 million euros (in the first half of 2012 the red was 35 million). The result is linked to the negative consequences of the sale of La7 (sold at the end of April) and the loss of Mtv (-8,1 million) which will be sold by September.

Net financial debt increased to 285,3 million (at the end of 2012 it was 260,1). The increase is mainly attributable to the net cash flow deriving from the sale of La7 (110,7 million) and Mtv (12,6 million), only partially offset by the waiver of the financial receivable by Telecom Italia, as envisaged in the of the sale of la7 for 100 million.

Consolidated revenues of the group in the first half are equal to 38,6 million with an increase of 0,9 million compared to the same period of 2012. Ebitda is equal to 18,3 million euros and decreases by 1,6 million , Ebit at 4,1 million and decreased by 2,9 million.
