The Board of TerniGreen, a company that operates in the recovery of materials and energy from the treatment of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste and part of the Terni Research group (controlled by TerniEnergia), today approved the project to list the company's ordinary shares in the trading system Aim Italia, a segment managed by Borsa Italiana and specific for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Listing is expected by the end of 2011. Approximately up to a maximum of 20% of the company's share capital will be placed on the market.
