The Telecom Italia board of directors has decided to adjourn to a new meeting on May 30 to "take a definitive decision" on the spin-off of the network. Yesterday the council "continued the examination of the operational feasibility path" for the separation of the access network,
on the basis of the mandate assigned to the management on 11 April.' This is what was communicated by the company, following the meeting of the board of directors which began yesterday around 15 pm and lasted over three hours.
