Tax authorities and smartphones: manage the 730 with an app

There comes a platform to manage the 730 model directly via smartphone. The initiative was born from the meeting between the Friulian start-up Quokky, which produced the application of the same name, and the Caf of professionals Cgn.

Already from this tax return, taxpayers who rely on the accountants and labor consultants of the Caf Cgn, by downloading the app, will be able to digitize and archive all the documentation necessary for the tax return through a simple photograph taken with a mobile phone (for example receipts for medical expenses or the single certification, ex Cud).

To access the service, the taxpayer must ask to be authorized by his trusted professional, with whom he can later keep in touch thanks to a chat made available by Quokky.

In addition to the benefits in terms of time and money, the app also reduces the risk of error, because the data is not transcribed, therefore there is no manipulation.

On a technical level, Quokky, already awarded by Apple as one of the most innovative apps, it is based on an intelligent cloud system that can automatically sort the documents you receive every day. At the moment, in addition to the phone scan option, there is also the possibility of importing texts from Gmail, DropBox and other apps. Quokky, therefore, can also be used for bills: the app is able to receive and order them, but also to remind us when to pay them thanks to intelligent data reading (including due dates).

A partnership was born between Caf Cgn and the start-up Quokky which led to the creation of a dedicated platform (the Quokky for the professional studio) capable of communicating with the app and through which Caf Cgn professionals can enable their customers to download the application on their mobile phone. The project aims to reach one million taxpayers in the next three years.
