These discounts are possible because the sums - as required by the 2022 Budget Law - will be charged to the state budget.

Payable by taxpayers on the other hand, the costs relating to executive and precautionary procedures and the costs of notifying the tax collection notices will remain in debt to the tax authorities.

As for the loads entrusted to the Agency until December 31 2021 (regardless of the notification date of the folder), nothing changes compared to the past: you will also continue to pay the collection charges.
