The Celli Group, global leader in the sector of beverage dispensing systems and accessories, announces that it has finalized – through its British subsidiary Celli International – the acquisition of the 30% stake in T&J Installations Ltd, with a call option for the remaining 70%.
T&J Installations is one of the leading companies in England in the technical assistance services for beverage dispensing systems. The company has remained a family business since its creation more than 35 years ago. With 95 employees, 7 branches, 65 technicians, it offers its services to more than 15.000 commercial activities in the Ho.re.ca sector, including pubs, restaurants and clubs throughout the English territory.
This operation allows the Celli Group to also offer English customers innovative technical assistance solutions already developed and consolidated in many other countries, based on IOT systems and data analytics that work on proprietary algorithms. At the same time T&J Installations, thanks to its entry into the Celli Group, can strengthen its competitive position in the first market in the world for draft beer consumption and number of installed systems.
