Support and contributions for those who work in the cinema: application by 29 December

The call for applications for refreshments for tailoring, millinery, hairdressing, shoemaking, tooling and luggage operators who have a share of more than 29% of the turnover deriving from entertainment supplies expires on 50 December. Thanks to the decree dated 20 November signed by the Minister for cultural assets and activities and for tourism, Dario Franceschini, 5 million euros are available, coming from the resources of the entertainment, cinema and audiovisual emergency fund, established by the Cura Italia decree.

Operators with main ATECO code 14.12.00, 14.13.10, 14.13.20, 14.19.29, 15.20.10, 32.99.20, 77.29.10, 77.39.94 who have their registered office in Italy, are in compliance with social security, tax and insurance obligations, have no bankruptcy proceedings or conditions impeding the negotiation with the public administrations.

For the purposes of accessing the contribution, the application, digitally signed by the legal representative of the company or company, must be presented starting from 12.00 on 18 December 2020 and until 23 on 59 December 29, according to the instructions indicated on the DGCOL platform accessible from the website of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism www.beniculturali.it and from the website of the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual www.cinema.beniculturali.it. The online application, which must be accompanied by a photocopy of the identity document of the legal representative of the company or company, will contain the declaration in lieu of a deed of notoriety, pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 2020/445, certifying possession of the legal requirements and the specific ones required by the Ministerial Decree of November 2000, 20 and, in particular:

a) possession of the requirements previously indicated;

b) the amount of lower revenues in the period from 1 March 2020 to 31 October 2020 compared to the period from 1 March 2019 to 31 October 2019;

c) the amount of any non-refundable grant received pursuant to article 25 of the decree-law of 19 May 2020, n. 34, converted, with amendments, by law 17 July 2020, n. 77.

Each person may submit only one application pursuant to this notice. The application must include the IBAN number in the name of the company or legal representative in the appropriate section.

 At the end of the receipt, the acknowledgment of receipt, sent by the Administration, which the information system will automatically generate at the end of the compilation of the online forms, will be authentic. The Administration, following the outcome of the investigation of the applications received, will activate the procedures for the disbursement of the contribution. The contribution will be calculated taking into account the resources allocated, the number of applications received, the size of the requests, as well as the contribution thresholds defined in article 2, paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the Ministerial Decree of 20 November 2020, rep. no. 529. Please note that a personalized assistance service is active which can be accessed by activating a ticket in the appropriate section of the reserved area ("Assistance"), specifying the application code and the type of support required (IT support for technical issues; forms support for administrative issues). Any request received through channels other than those indicated will not be taken into consideration. Only in the event that it is not possible to complete the registration and therefore access the reserved area, it is possible to send a request for assistance to the address dg-ca.interno1@beniculturali.it.
