Aqmi and Aqap, respectively the jihadist sections of the Islamic Maghreb and the Arabian Peninsula, have changed course with respect to the indications of Osama Bin Laden's heir, Ayman al Zawahiri, who have so far kept the jihadist formation away from ISI terrorists.
