Since yesterday, on the website of the Ministry of Education, University and Research, it is possible to proceed with the presentation of questions to participate in the Recruitment Plan envisaged within the Buona Scuola through which the Miur intends to hire, for the 2015/2016 school year, 102.734 teachers with permanent contracts, "60 thousand more than those who would have been hired without law no. 107/2015”, reads the ministry website.
Applications can be submitted from 9 am on Tuesday 28 July to 12 noon on Friday 14 August through the Miur online application system which has guaranteed a dedicated telephone assistance service.
This procedure, which belongs to phase C of the plan, is related to 55.258 new places which will be added to the unassigned places that may be vacant following the recruitment on the turnover (Phase zero already underway and relating to 36.627 places, over a third of which in support) and to the remaining available places in Phase A (10.849).

Who must submit the online application to participate in phases B and C of the extraordinary recruitment plan? Teachers fully enrolled on the date of entry into force of Law no. 107 of 13 July 2015 in the rankings until exhaustion and in the rankings of the competition for the 2012 chair who intend to participate in the extraordinary recruitment plan. The submission of applications -- exclusively through the Polis system is possible from 9.00 on 28 July 2015 to 14.00 on 14 August 2015. Applications submitted in a different manner will not be taken into consideration.
Who is present both in the rankings of the 2012 competition (DDG n. 82/2012) and in the exhaustion ones, what should they do? He must choose whether he wants to participate for one or the other category and must do so when completing the online application, when he will be asked to select, exclusively, for which of the two categories to be treated.
I have obtained the specialization in support: can I choose between a common position and a support position? Yes, the Law n. 107 of 13 July 2015 to art. 1, paragraph 100. When completing the online application for participation in the extraordinary recruitment plan, you will have to choose whether to be treated, first, for support posts and then for common posts, or vice versa. The choice made will operate within each province, in the order in which the provinces are expressed by the aspiring teacher.
How is the choice of provinces made? During the completion of the online application, the provinces must be selected one by one in order of preference, an order which will be followed by the procedure for assigning the first available place to be proposed to the candidate for nomination. The aspirant must indicate the order of approval of the 100 provinces proposed by the available function. The choice can be made on the basis of the region of belonging or in random order. Since according to the provisions of paragraph 100 of Law 107 of 13 July 2015, the provinces must all be expressed, the application cannot be confirmed and sent until the provinces have all been expressed. The aspiring teacher can save the application and send it at a later time.
I am fully enrolled in the rankings until the end of competition classes X, Y and Z. I participate in the extraordinary recruitment plan and I receive a nomination proposal in Phase B for competition class Y. I decide to accept. Will I remain registered in the rankings until the competition classes X and Z are exhausted? No, after accepting the nomination, you are canceled from all the other rankings in which you are registered.
I am fully enrolled in the ranking until the end of competition class X. I participate in the extraordinary hiring plan and I receive a proposal for appointment in Phase B which I decide to refuse. Do I participate in Phase C? No, pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 102 of Law 107 of 13 July 2015, anyone who renounces the job offer formulated starting from stage a) cannot participate in the subsequent stages of the hiring plan.
Do I have to submit two separate applications to participate in phases b) and c) of the extraordinary recruitment plan? No, there is only one application for participation in phases b) and c) of the hiring plan and must be submitted between 9.00 am on 28 July 2015 and 14.00 pm on 14 August 2015.
If I do not receive the nomination proposal in phase b) how will my application be treated in phase c)? The application will be processed by scrolling through the same preferences already expressed with the single application for participation in the extraordinary hiring plan.
I am registered in the merit rankings of the 2012 competition. If I do not submit the application to participate in phases b) and c) of the extraordinary hiring plan, what happens? If I do not receive a job offer in phases zero and A and I do not submit an application to participate in phases b) and c) of the hiring plan, I will not be able to receive further job offers in the following school years as the academic year 2015/2016 is the last year of validity of the rankings of the 2012 competition and the Law n. 107 of 13 July 2015 provides for the announcement of the new competition by 1 December 2015.
I am registered in the rankings until exhaustion. What happens if I do not submit the application to participate in phases b) and c) of the extraordinary hiring plan? If I do not receive a job offer in phases zero and A and I do not submit an application to participate in phases b) and c) of the hiring plan, I will not be able to participate in the extraordinary hiring plan and will remain registered in the rankings until their suppression.

No. The nomination proposal only indicates the province, school order, competition class, municipality/support posts, in which you have been nominated. If the proposal is accepted, the service school will be assigned later.
I was nominated in Stage Zero on Competition Class X and withdrew. Can I receive a nomination proposal in phase A for the same competition class I opted out of? No, in the subsequent phase A I can receive a nomination proposal only for an educational level, competition class/type of post other than the one for which I withdrew.
I am registered in the rankings in the III band for competition class X with 100 points and in the III band in those of competition class Y with 90 points. How will the two ranking positions be examined? For each province indicated in order of preference, the candidate is first examined in the competition class where he obtained the highest score (100 points) and, subsequently, in the other competition class where he received the lowest score (90 points). ).
I confirmed and sent the application for participation in the extraordinary recruitment plan, but only later did I realize that I had to change the order of some provinces I indicated. Can I still do it? Yes. Until the expiry date of the procedure (14,00 pm on 14 August 2015), I can modify the data transmitted even if they have been sent definitively, by withdrawing the application, making the desired changes, confirming and resubmitting the request.
I presented the application for participation in the extraordinary plan, but only later did the school office receive a proposal for appointment to phase a) and I accepted. What should I do? Do I have to cancel the application to participate in the national phases b) and c)? I can cancel it. In any case, the Regional School Office will communicate the appointment made to the information system and, consequently, the application for participation will not be processed.
Which are the provinces for which it is necessary to express preferences? These are all 100 Italian provinces with the exception of the newly established ones which cannot be expressed: Monza and Brianza, Barletta Andria Trani, Olbia Tempio, Ogliastra, Carbonia Iglesias, Medio Campidano, Fermo.
