Senate reform, yes from the Chamber to the Boschi bill: the text will return to Palazzo Madama and Montecitorio

This is the last passage of the double compliant reading after which, after three months, there will be a second vote by both Chambers on the text without the possibility of further modifications - In October the confirmatory referendum.

The Chamber has given the green light to the Boschi bill: the Montecitorio hall approved the constitutional reform bill with 367 yes, 194 votes against and 5 abstentions. This is the last passage of the double compliant reading after which, after three months, there will be a second vote by both chambers on the text without the possibility of further modifications.

With today's vote on the Boschi bill, the assembly gives the so-called 'double compliant', given that the same text was approved by the Senate. The text will therefore immediately return to Palazzo Madama and in April again to Montecitorio where it will be voted definitively, without the possibility of changes, as a whole. In October, as confirmed by Prime Minister Mattaeo Renzi himself, the constitutional reform will be submitted to a confirmatory referendum.
