This week is Giuseppe Di Iorio, the starred chef of the Aroma with a breathtaking view of the Colosseum, to offer his recipe in 30 minutes to the readers of First&Food, portal of food and wine and agri-food excellence promoted by FIRSTonline. Di Iorio's tantalizing proposal is the Mediterranean caponatina with tacos, sour cream and basil cream: try it to believe it.

The review of quality wines and their history also continues on First&Food by Daniela Scrobogna, President of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Sommelier Foundation: this week the focus is on Anno Quinto of La Pizzuta del Principe, a red with an ancient flavor produced near Crotone by a pharmacist converted to oenology.

On First&Food, one of the rare interviews granted by Francesco Mutti, third generation agricultural entrepreneur and managing director of the homonymous company which is famous for the production and processing of quality tomatoes and who explains how he beat the illegal hiring also in the South.
