Privacy, the new European GDPR regulation comes into force tomorrow

FIRSTonline has long been ready for the arrival of the GDPR, the new European regulation on privacy which will come into force tomorrow, May 25th 2018. To offer a safe and reliable service, but which does not involve too many burdens on the part of the reader, we have adopted the more effective and streamlined procedures to comply with what is specified in the text of the European Parliament.

Our new privacy policy can be found at the bottom of every page on our site. To continue receiving our daily newsletter, you must read the information and then give your consent to the processing of personal data using it subscription page.

For our part, we have trained the personnel involved in data processing and related control activities. We also guarantee rapid response procedures in the event of a data breach, with no delay after the anomaly is detected.

We have applied the principles of the GDPR, scrupulously, to all the various aspects of data processing that involve our procedures. We guarantee the right to data portability and transparency of data subjects from and to third-party systems.

We have long been at the forefront of the so-called "Privacy by design" thanks to the principle of minimizing the data requested of our customers and site readers, subscribers and non-subscribers.
