Poste Italiane will distribute for the years 2015-6 a dividend equal to 80% of the consolidated net profit attributable to the Group itself. This was specified by Poste Italiane at the request of Consob, in line with the resolutions of the board of directors of 7 October.
The clarification became necessary after unofficial news had spread about the possibility that Poste Italiane would provide a coupon of 250 million euros a year for the next four years.
