INPS and Poste Italiane have communicated the payment dates of the January 2021 pensions.

As it happened in the last months, the payment was anticipated and staggered over several different days in order to comply with the anti-Covid-19 regulations and to avoid gatherings at the various post offices which could endanger the health of pensioners and workers.

  1. Dear Firstonline,
    This is not a comment.
I have recently discovered the existence of your newspaper and I would like to take advantage of your expertise to ask a few questions regarding increases in invalidity pensions.
Why was my 100% disabled wife with accompaniment not paid the increase in the disability allowance upon reaching the age of 60, as provided for in the old 2001 law, as she does not have any other income?
Is it possible to apply to obtain the approximately 2 years of arrears, considering that my wife turned 60 in October 2018?
Unfortunately only on the occasion of this latest increase, wanted by the Constitutional Court, we became aware of the wrong suffered.
Even if we turned to CAF and Patronati, to whom we posed the question, we were unable to obtain a definitive answer, except that, even if paragraph 4 of the 2001 law stated that at the age of 60, 100% disabled without other income, an increase up to €516 would have been paid, this was not then applied.
This response obtained from the CAF and Patronati to which we have turned, seems very simplistic, if not downright negligent, so we ask your expert journalists to come to our aid, helping us to obtain the amount due from INPS or to know if what we are asking is our right request .
Thanking you in advance, we take this opportunity to send our warmest regards and best wishes for a happy new year 2021 to all of your editorial staff.
    Antonio Spinoccia
