Parmalat's majority shareholder Sofil (Lactalis) presented the list for the renewal of the board which will expire with the approval of the 2013 financial statements.
There are 11 names present and among them the absence of the current managing director, Yvon Guerin, who is also the company's general manager, stands out. Also the current president, Franco Tato', has not been reconfirmed and will be replaced by the vice president Gabriella Chersicla.
